These terms govern your use of the UM KHALIFA website and the purchase of products from our online store in the United Arab Emirates.
Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT. We make every effort to display product details and prices accurately, but we reserve the right to correct errors and update prices at any time.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm your order by email once it is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer. For bank transfer orders, your order is processed once payment is verified against the receipt you provide.
Delivery
We deliver across the UAE. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy for full details.
Returns
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy. Please review it before placing an order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
